Honor Flights bring World War II, Korean, and Vietnam War veterans to the nation’s capital for a day of remembrance and gratitude. The trip has given thousands of Florida veterans, including one of our members and several parents of members,  a chance to visit military memorials that honor their service and to bond over a day of shared stories and experiences.

The flight comes in at 9:20 pm. The organizers have asked us to be there an hour beforehand and gather outside security at Concourse B, the American Airlines arrival concourse. Waiting time is fun as they usually have a band there. We need drivers for the trip. Please let Maureen Pilkington know if you are available to drive.
